This includes A Pass Instructional Designers augmenting the institution’s existing teams to provide additional instructional design support when scaling up or temporary support is needed.

Process

The institution is welcome to interview a shortlist of candidates in addition to A Pass’s interviews, if preferred.

Once IDs are selected, A Pass will support the ID and institution in training and onboarding specific to the project.

A Pass will provide a weekly time spent report outlining hours used, how time was spent, and hours remaining in the contract.

Institutions can be as involved as they choose in the staffing process. This can include resume review, interviewing candidates, or letting A Pass take care of everything.
